Sambar Masala that contains a generous balance of coriander, cumin and lentils. This melange of flavours is all you need to enhance the taste of your favourite stew. If you are in the mood to spice up other dishes, sprinkle a little over snacks and curries to notice a difference!

Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek Seeds, Black Pepper,Mustard Seed, Cinnamon,Curry Leaf, Chana Dal, Arhar Dal,Red Chilli, Turmeric, Hing, Sunflower Oil

Cook 100gm Arhar dal in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles. Boil it with pieces of drumstick, onions and vegetables of your choice. Add some tamarind juice, chilli powder and salt to taste. Add 1 tbsp of i say organic sambhar masala. For the tadka, heat the oil, add red chilli, fenugrek, mustard seed, curry leaves and a pinch of asafoetida. Add tadka to the mixture. Boil for 2 min. Serve hot with dosasand idlis for authentic flavour.
