It's also great for college students who are on the run or are short on time in the morning. Enjoy hot pancakes and waffles with maple syrup, honey, or your favourite fruits.

Premium whole wheat flour, Himalayan Pink salt, Khandsari, Baking Soda, Baking Powder

Mix 1 cup pancake & waffle mix with 1 cup of your choice of milk. Add in 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil. Mix together and set aside for 5 minutes. Add and mix 1 tbsp flaxegg in the better , for some fluffy goodness. Warm a flat non stick pan to medium heat. pour to better onto the pan and cook. If making waffles, pour the better onto the waffle make and cook as per the instruction on the maker.

Seal the packet after using it or store it in a air tight box in cool and dry place
