The orchestra of rose & hibiscus provides a reddish hue to the liquor with an aromatic refreshing tartness of hibiscus balancing the complexity of Lemongrass’ freshness. Evenings is when Our Hibiscus Rose Green tea is most cherished as Ice tea. For Ice tea, use drinking water at room temperature to cold brew the tea leaves followed by refrigeration for 3 to 4 hours. Sieve & relish. If preferred Hot then use lukewarm (not hot) water to brew for 4 to 5 minutes for the first infusion & an additional minute for the subsequent infusion. Ideal brewing temperature is c. 80o Celsius i.e. well below the boiling point to avoid burning of green tea leaves and to conserve its benefits.
