Pallavi Tauro is the founder of Arista Organic Store and has more than 15 years of working in corporate sales – with a varied industry exposure. Juggling the demands of a challenging career and as a young mother – she felt there was a strong need to provide a one stop shop solution for those wishing to embrace organic lifestyle to improve their overall health, Understanding the challenges of a busy lifestyle in Mumbai, she has closely worked to curate the best of homegrown brands and work with a network of close to 1,500 farmers and producers across the length and breadth of the country to source the most authentic produce. With this strong network, the flagship retail outlet was established in Lokhandwala, Mumbai, to make organic lifestyle accessible to all.
